Collection Software

Hello,

We are a BHPH finance company with $39 million in recievables and about 6000 loans out on the street. We have a central collection staff of 17 and our current software worked great until we moved into doing loan servicing for other BHPH dealers.

Can anyone recommend any good collection software for us?
Our current problems are ability to segregate dealers using one database. We have one database per company and it takes too long to look at a collection of dealers to see how were doing.

Also there is no collection staff metrics to analyze how they are doing.

This software has to be able to collect Finance contracts (simple interest, Rule 78ths, and precomputed) as well as Leasing agreements.

any suggestions would be great!
