I am looking for some good KPIs regarding Loss Prevention?  Collection efforts and recovery efforts are easily measured but as collections stabilizes and retaining portfolio quality becomes the focus, I am having difficulty coming up with tangible triggers for my collection staff around Loss Prevention.  I know if is very valuable, but how does one measure and develop a dashboard around it.  Any thoughts?  Thanks!!
