Virtual call centers are getting some more technology help.

Communication provider CosmoCom, Inc., just rolled out Version 6 of CosmoCall Universe. For collectors, one of the more interesting, new features is the virtual outbound calling that boasts linked campaigns. Linked campaigns mean multiple lists in different formats can be combined into a single campaign. This allows for the blending of different campaigns across a virtual agent population.

Steve Kaish, vice president of product management, says Version 6 is CosmoCom’s biggest release to date. Enhancements include unified customer communications, contact center mobility, real time reporting and analytics, virtual outbound calling, screen recording and multimedia call recording as well as integration with Microsoft Outlook.
