In 2005, California Association of Collectors, Inc. (CAC) founded an Educational Scholarship Foundation (CACESF) that awards scholarships to California High School Seniors. Applicants submit an application and write an essay on The Importance of Establishing and Maintaining Good Credit During Your College Years.
