Some debtors are easy to find, others not so much. It is those that I want to address. We have taken every step to make sure our locates meet all FDCPA, GLB, etc. for the protection of my clients. We are a CRA, which meets the FDCRA requirements for third party contacts. Our databases searches are FDCPA, GLB, and FCRA compliant..but a database search can only do so far.
