ALERT1One is the first comprehensive skip/stolen database ever! I am guessing
that most of you have probably never even heard of it. Since many of our
debtors use non-traditional methods of credit lending/banking such as payday
loans, check-cashing, rent to own, etc. wouldn't it be nice if you could upload
your files and receive INSTANT email alerts if your JD matches up with one of
the subscribers thereby giving up realtime, updated address, phone number, work
number and perhaps banking info. on the JD. You can if you can subscribe to
ALERT1One.

ALERT1One is the only skip/stolen and charge-off database that tracks the activity of the un-banked, under-banked and low credit score customer.

Any consumer that has collection accounts and/or judgments on their credit report usually is aware of the fact that they must stay “under the radar” to avoid detection. Therefore, they engage in non-traditional credit transactions with businesses that don’t run traditional credit reports (i.e. Trans Union, Equifax or Experian). These businesses include Rent to Own, Payday Loan, Title Loan, Buy Here Pay Here Auto dealerships and other retailers or lenders that underwrite their own unconventional loans. These types of businesses use DATATrue to verify the potential customer’s name, address, SSN, and phone numbers of employers and landlords before making a decision.

Once a front-end verification inquiry is made, our system checks that SSN against the Alert1One database. If the SSN matches any charge-off that has been added to the database, we immediately send an email alert to the Alert1One subscriber and provide them with the new information on their judgment debtor.

The monthly subscription runs $60 per month (ouch..) however the Judgment
Recovery Institute has entered into a unique agreement with them allowing us to
have an open enrollment for this product inside the virtual campus for 1 month. 
What this means, is the more students who subscribe, the cheaper that monthly
rate becomes. We will lock in the pricing at the end of April but if we meet
our goal, students will have this database for as low as (yikes, we can't say
but it cheaper than a movie and popcorn). No additional fees regardless of how
many email alerts you receive on your files. Of course, the smart thing is to
place all your files into the database because you just never know - when need
information can arise.

Now, you do need to have access to our virtual campus so that means you need to
enroll into the Judgment Recovery Institute.
