Interactive Data’s SSN driven FDCPA/TCPA litigation database, in partnership with FDCPA Case Listing Service, proactively identified over 1.5 million litigants for their customers in 2010, reducing their exposure to potential FDCPA/TCPA litigation defense costs by over $4.7B for the year.
