Long Beach, CA, April 20, 2011 - Apollo Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (“Apollo”), Bridgeforce Inc. (“Bridgeforce”), and Collections Marketing Center, Inc. (“CMC”) are pleased to announce that all claims and counterclaims have been dismissed in the lawsuits currently pending in California and Delaware state courts alleging trade secret misappropriation, fraud, and breach of contract on the part of CMC, Bridgeforce and certain of their principals. Also dismissed are Apollo’s claims of false advertising in the lawsuit between Apollo and CMC that is currently pending in Delaware federal court. Apollo’s claim of inducing infringement was previously dismissed as against Bridgeforce.
