The # 3 enemy for all of us is shoppers. As the business climate shrinks more web sites lie and say we pay big cash quick for your judgment (up to 50%), radio and TV lawyers are saying never pay more than 25% to get a judgment recovered (I heard this with my own ears), and advice columns tell people to shop their judgment around and get the best deal.

I suspect I am not alone when I get a 20 minute call, and don't get the judgment, and 3 months later, the same OJC is still shopping, trying to get a 50% cash up front buyer or a 20% future pay enforcer.
