Fighting Fraud with the Red Flags Rule  - this seems to not apply in the Judgment Recovery business, yet it is scary as you never know when not following the right forms will come back to bite you. I mean when you buy judgments, the courts verify the identity of the parties, notaries are used when selling judgments, debtors get a chance to say if they can prove they are not the right party, the list goes on and on.
