US Bank DDA
If anyone out there is looking at a new 'fresh' US Bank DDA file this week, please be aware that it is NOT zero agency. The last US Bank sale was a 2 agency file. This can get confusing at times for people so I thought I would clear that up for anyone in the market. This is a file that was just up for auction from the bank and may be out there for re-sale now so I just want to make sure everyone is aware.
